Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Chevrolet Convertibles / Top Down Tours:

Cancellation may occur due to extremes in weather conditions, in these situations we will refund or change dates to suit customers request.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Western Travel Bug:

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Adventure Company:

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

PENGUIN ISLAND TOUR:

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DEPARTURE WILL INCUR A 50 PERCENT LOSS OF TICKET PRICE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OF TOUR DEPARTURE OR FAILURE TO TAKE UP THE TOUR WILL RESULT IN A 100 PERCENT LOSS OF THE TICKET PRICE.

Skydive Brisbane:

CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking. This enables us to try and fill your reserved space. Should you fail to give 48 hours notice, a $110 deposit will be forfeited. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, you will be liable for the entire cost of the jump.

Jungle Tours:

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Billy Tea Safaris:

DAY TOURS Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure will incurr a 100% cancellation fee.

Calypso Reef Cruises:

Cancellation fees apply if less than 24hrs notice is given prior to departure.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of date of travel are non refundable. Booking dates can be changed, without penalty, subject to availability. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, a full refund will be provided, or the opportunity to change the booking date.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Global Ballooning Australia:

Important: Please ensure that all members of your party have been made aware of the following conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to the transaction detailed on this documentation. Your acceptance of these conditions is a term of supply of the Services. By paying for and accepting supply of the Service, you agree to be bound by these conditions. 1. Definitions: Service refers specifically to the hot air ballooning mentioned on this documentation and generally to the range of products provided by the tour operator, including accommodation and customised activities arranged by agreement. Service Operator refers to the tour company named on your confirmation or any independent contractor supplying/delivering the services to you under the your Agreement with the tour operator. 2. Liability Under no circumstances will The Tour Operator be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost or damaged property, lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment. The Tour Operator may arrange for the hot air ballooning to be performed under a ‘code-sharing’ arrangement, i.e. it may subcontract another ballooning company to provide you with your flight. In such instances, The Tour Operator accepts no liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury, or damage to or in respect of any person or property. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter contents of products and location when deemed necessary. The Tour Operator does however warrant providing services of equal nature and value. 3. Alteration and Cancellation of a Booking In the unfortunate event you should have to alter/cancel your booking, certain fees & conditions apply: If you wish to ALTER your flight booking: If you wish to CANCEL& receive a refund: Within 48 hours prior to a weekday flight, no changes are permitted. Between 48 hours and 7 days prior to a weekday flight - a $50 per person rebooking fee will be charged; your flight will need to be re-scheduled on a weekday flight only, excluding public holidays. 7 days or more prior to a weekday flight – a $25 per person rebooking fee will be charged. You will lose the full cost of your flight if you fail to show up for your flight. You may send someone else in your place if you wish – please let us know the name of the replacement person before the flight. You cannot receive a refund on any trips booked using a gift certificate. (See Section 4) NB: Separate cancellation and alteration provisions apply to large groups and customised events. These are specified on the group booking documentation supplied. The Tour Operator reserves the right to amend these fees and notice periods. When special circumstances arise, some of these Terms and Conditions may be superseded by those published on your booking confirmation documentation. 4. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are valid only when fully paid by the purchaser or distributor. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded in part or full. Certificates are transferable to other individuals and are valid only for the period indicated thereon. Once the certificate has been redeemed (i.e. the trip date has been booked) all other terms relating to Alteration and Cancellation (see Section 3) apply, however the value remains non-refundable. Should you need to extend the validity of your gift certificate beyond the normal 12 months, reinstatement fees apply: $50 – 6 month extension; $100 - 12 month extension. 5. Weather, Mechanical, Staffing Other Safety ConditionsHot air ballooning relies on suitable weather conditions in order to proceed safely. Information on specific weather considerations are provided for at the time of making the booking. Additionally, flights may be dependant on mechanical performance or staffing availability. When conditions are deemed by The Tour Operator to be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, then trips may not go ahead on the scheduled date. Similarly a trip may be postponed due to less than minimum numbers being achieved. Our Melbourne flights may not always fly over the central business district (CBD/city area). Whilst our pilots will endeavour to fly as close to the CBD as possible, our flight path is determined by the most up to date meteorological conditions to ensure the safest possible flight for all concerned. In the unfortunate event that a Service must be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to any of the above factors, The Tour Operator will hold payment in credit and offer alternative booking dates. Any request for refund will be treated as per cancellation terms listed in Section 3 above. The Tour Operator will not accept any liability for travel, accommodation, inconvenience or other costs incurred or lost through such cancellation. International, interstate and country visitors should factor the possibility of short notice cancellation. 5. Rebooking Your Flight If your flight has been cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, please contact our office as soon as possible to rebook. Payment received for your flight will be held in credit and applied to the rebooking. Rebooking must be done within 12 months of the first cancelled flight date. There will be no refunds for bookings held on our system for longer than 6 months. 6. Discounted bookings Any discounts or special offers are only available on the full recommended retail price and are not valid in conjunction with any pre-existing discounts or seasonal specials. Any bookings made using a discount or special offer are non-refundable. Bookings are transferable to other individuals and are valid only for the period indicated thereon. All terms relating to Alteration and Cancellation (see Section 4) apply, however the value remains non-refundable. Should you need to extend the validity of your booking beyond the normal 12 months, reinstatement fees apply: $50 - 6 month extension; $100 - 12 month extension. 8. Your Responsibility (a) It is your responsibility to ensure you have received booking confirmation details of your flight; please notify the The Tour Operator office immediately and prior to your flight date if you do not have this information. You are also required to follow the check-in procedure outlined in the confirmation letter the evening before your flight. If you do not contact the duty pilot as required between 6.30 and 7.00 p.m., The Tour Operator cannot be held liable for the consequences of not checking in with your pilot and receiving the latest instructions. (b) In the interests of safety, you undertake to follow the advice of the pilot and ground crew, comply with any local codes of conduct and act sensibly and prudently at all times. You also agree to indemnify The Tour Operator, its owners, officers and employees for all losses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of a member of your party. Under no circumstances at any time during supply of the Services should you or a member of your party be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, nor should you take medication that could affect or impair your judgment at this time. (c) Check with your medical practitioner if you have a pre-existing medical condition that may be affected by the physical nature of hot air ballooning. You agree to indemnify The Tour Operator, its owners, officers and employees against any incident related to your health occurring during or after supply of the Services. (d) Personal belongings taken on board are at your own risk. (e) Ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity, and The Tour Operator cannot be held liable for damage to any clothing.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Autopia Tours:

Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Oz Whale Watching Sydney:

If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge. If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day. If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.

Sensational Sydney Cruises:

Cancellation Policy: Individual “Cruise like a local” bookings: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator's discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Groups or Exclusive Charters (12 paxs or more): Cancellations made more than 30 clear working days before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operators discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: It is the Passenger's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time for the departure of the vessel. Failure to do so will mean that the Passenger forfeits the full fare price to the Operator. Safety Requirements for Travel: 1. Disabled Passengers: The Operator recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating. Disabled Passengers cruising aboard Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 2. Pregnant Persons: Pregnant persons cruising with Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 3. Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Groups and exclusive charter embarkment and disembarkment times are arranged at the time of booking. Passengers are required to be at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to nominated departure. Days of Operation: The 'Cruise like a local' tour operates daily from 1st September to 1st June (inc), 12.30pm, returning 4.30pm. Minimum Numbers: 'Cruise like a local' departs with a minimum of two passengers and will cater up to 12 people. If you have numbers that exceed this, you will need to make a private booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
